Prodigium, LLC was founded in 2006 to serve our clients by offering un-biased, enterprise-grade advice and knowledge and to facilitate efficient and optimal use of technology in their businesses.
How is Prodigium different from other technology services companies?
For starters, Prodigium doesn't sell products. We're not going to sell you your next computer, and try to buy the things that we need to sell, or that give us the most markup. We will gladly provide procurement services, and we do have vendors that we have great relationships with, so we can get you a great deal, but we're not in the middle taking a mark-up.
Additionally, we aren't "yes men". If we disagree with a technology-related decision within your company, we will call it to your attention and make sure you're educated on why we are giving you the advice that we are. We will push back to make sure that you're getting the best solution for your business. That being said, in the end, it is your business and you get to make the call on how best to utilize technology within it. Once a decision has been made, we will support and implement that solution, regardless of whether it was our first pick.
Lastly, by utilizing a small team of highly experienced professionals with broad experiences, you're not going to get some kid showing up who doesn't have the experience to understand the larger business issues that come into play with most technology implementations. We will sometimes utilize those kids to focus on a particular issue, but not before the situation has been evaluated by a senior technician.
Does Prodigium require long-term contracts, maintenance contracts, etc?
No. Prodigium has clients who spend $1000/year with them, and those that spend $50,000 or more. Our goal is to provide value. We help your business operate more efficiently, get great deals on your IT purchasing, ensure that your pruchasing is appropriate, and provide end-to-end services to make sure that your employees are able to be effective in their job.
Prodigium is based in Franklin, TN but serves clients all over middle TN, and the United States.
